Job Title Reservation Executive
Job Description Reservation & Ticketing, Providing Information to passengers regarding, delays, cancellations etc.
Educational & Professional Requirements : Graduates (including candidates who have appeared for their final year exams and awaiting results).
Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
People with confidence and ability to handle customers and provide only the best customer service.
The job involves extensive communication with customers/passengers over the phone for booking, reservations, ticketing and handling customer queries, informing customers of flight exceptions & complaint handling.
Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging 24x 7 environment and requires working in shifts, including night shift.
Fluency in additional regional Indian languages will be given preference.
