Job Description :

Key Objective To drive business volume and profitability in the allocated market by way of

Major Deliverables Identifying developer funding opportunities from existing and new relations

Maintaining number and volume turnover through a high level of customer engagement

Conducting personal discussion with the developers and physical inspection of the projects

Underwriting projects by projecting cash flows and financial viability

Coordinating with external interfaces like lawyers & valuers for technical and legal analysis

Coordinating with Operations on Escrow account monitoring & management

Coordinating with risk departments for developer funding proposal

Completing loan documentation and ensure smooth disbursement

Managing customer accounts for all pre and post sales activities like NOC, customer repayments,
etc

Reviewing cash flow of running loans and creating interventions to contain risk

Specialized Job Competencies Quality sourcing and proper process orientation

Vendor Management

Knowledge of legal and technical aspects of developer market.

Good relationship building skills:

Educational Qualification : MBA

Desired Experience 3-5 years of experience mortgage (preferred)
