Job Title Powerplant Manager
Job Description :
Management of all technical issues for the maintenance of on-wing and off-wing engine/APU/Propeller in SpiceJet fleet.
Liaise with engine/ APU/ Propeller manufacturer / OEMs for technical issues.
Liaise with the Engine/ APU/ Propeller MRO for effective implementation of the terms and agreements of the contracts.
Liaise with the concerned departments of SpiceJet for verification of the Invoices, Insurance and warranty claims.
Liaise with outside parties for the lease requirements of the Engine, APU and Propellers.
Management of the movement of the title engines, APU and Propellers.
Communication with the Lessors and MROs on all technical issues pertaining to the Engines, APU and Propellers.
Effective co-ordination with the MCC / Line Maintenance / Planning department for Boroscope inspections of the Engines.
Analysis of the Boro findings and determination of the repeat intervals of the Boroscope.etc
Educational & Professional Requirements AME Diploma Holders
PDBM preferred/Should possess ALL Category Licences (A&C/Avionics) on Boeing 737 NG Aircrafts.
Required Skills Excellent Communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment is essential.
Experience 12-15 years with any leading domestic/international carrier.
