Job Description :
Implementing HR processes and systems for employees at stores in the regions
Manpower Planning
Execute the manpower plans as finalized by the management
Source, screen and select the right talent in collaboration with retail operations Collaborate with the
regional training team to ensure effective induction of new employees
Ensure that the joining formalities of new employees are taken care of as per the standard processes
Performance Management System
Ensure completion of the half- yearly appraisal cycle of employees on time
Track and ensure payouts relating to business performance linked pay (PLP) on a quarterly basis and
store incentives
Implement compensation revisions annually
Support all rewards and recognition programs along with other corporate HR initiatives as decided
from time to time
Plan movements of employees across retail outlets within and outside regions
Implement the confirmation process of employees
Payroll Management
Ensure proper management of attendance and leave
Compile payroll inputs from all the areas in the region
Ensure timely and error free submission of payroll inputs to the payroll team
Employee Engagement
Decide and roll out the employee engagement calendar on a monthly basis
Ensure implementation of activities as per the engagement calendar
MIS
Prepare and submit various MIS reports relating to employee attrition, employee engagement and statutory reports
HR Budgeting
Prepare the costs on employee welfare, recruitment, statutory and engagement processes and budget
the same in conjunction with functional head.
Ensure that the HR manpower actual costs versus forecasted costs are within the budget.
Employee grievance
Handle employee queries and grievances and address the same
Partner with the retail operations team to address any specific people related issues and resolve the
same
Settlement Process
Ensure processing of the exit formalities of the exiting employees and timely closure of their final settlements
Statutory Compliance
Ensure implementation of various statutory compliances
Audit of the HR processes to ensure compliance to the SOPs
People Management
Plan, organize, motivate, delegate, train, monitor and track expectations set
Desired Profile :
CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE 9-11 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN GENERALIST HR.
SHOULD HAVE EXPOSURE OF HANDLING 1000-1500 EMPLOYEES.
CANDIDATES FROM HOSPITALITY, RETAIL, FMCG,CONSUMER DURABLE WILL BE
PREFERRED.
