Currently we are looking for a Manager-CRM to be person for all matters relating to Customer data and Loyalty. This position will play a key role in setting the strategy and policies for the use of customer data and drive the customer proposition on how we use that data. Customer Relationship manager, will bring their experience and strategic planning to the marketing department as we work to create a top of the line marketing strategy. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be highly experienced in marketing analysis, able to lead cross-functional projects, and highly adept at creative problem solving. This is a one-of-a-kind experience for an innovative and extremely driven CRM manager to make a name for themselves by rolling up their sleeves to collaborate on key company initiatives.

Essential Functions:

Provide a best practice framework for our team members across the company to help them utilize CRM data and analysis to deliver on the CRM Strategy
Use CRM data to enable communication personalization across channels
Use CRM data to enable personalized customer experience across channels
Listen to Customers and work with Marketing and IT to deliver products and services which enable customers to benefit in helpful, fun ways from digital access to their own data
Collaboration with Digital Strategy team to ensure CRM Data Solution supports future growth and strategy of upcoming digital transformation
Show empathy for customers and a sensitivity on how their data is used
Understand and uphold legal obligations around privacy, customer data security
Continually assess the viability of new sources of customer data
Work across the entire matrix to listen, advise, and take customer data requirements across the company
Develop agreements with partners and affiliates on how to join up our data sources to deliver competitive advantage, and in ways that enhance the customer offer
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A

Desired Candidate Profile :

Education: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required, PG Diploma - Any Specialization) AND ( Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)

Experience building and executing a CRM strategy and implementation plan from the ground up
Experience leading complex cross-functional projects
Demonstrated success in operating within a complex matrix structure and coping with a certain level of organizational ambiguity and change
Experience in some or all of the following areas of marketing analysis: segmentation, predictive analytics, digital analytics, measurement, business intelligence, and/or market research
Knowledge of CRM systems and an understanding of the dynamic environment of customer data in a retail environment
Understanding of CRM best practices implemented in a retail environment
Insights into generating value from customer data
Understanding of technology and legislative challenges of driving data usage
Excellent communicator able to navigate a complex, matrixed organization, influence stakeholders and effect outcomes
Analytical and data driven with a firm grasp of impact and ROI and a determination to lead best practice, rather than follow
Tenacity and positivity to engage the business in a customer data strategy
Team player and broad thinker with an interest in the performance of the business as a whole, rather than a single focus on their own area of expertise
Talented leader with a demonstrable track record of people motivation and development
Robust and driven personal style that flourishes in a fast-paced environment
Innovative, creative, and extremely responsive with a strong sense of urgency
Very strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to grasp concepts quickly and reduce them to practice with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical resources
Exposure to building collaborative relationships across functional areas
Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and Access.
