Passenger and Baggage Handling - The job involves extensive communication with passengers at the airport for booking, reservations, ticketing , complaint handling and passenger facilitation.
Educational & Professional Requirements Graduates (including candidates who have appeared for their final year exams and awaiting results).
Load and Trim qualification preferred.
Required Skills Excellent Communication skills and pleasing personality.
Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment is essential.
Willingness to work in a 24x 7 environment which requires working in shifts, including night shift.
Fluency in English and Hindi is an essential criterion.
Experience 1-5 years with any leading domestic/international carrier.
